Pre-order refund policy:

If you have purchased Wearatec product(s) during the pre-orders, we regret to inform you that there is no refunds on your order unless it is claimed as a defect at which point it is covered under our warranty policy. Because the product is still under development, in exchange for one-time discounts, customers may have to sacrifice on small variations on the design (due to production limitations), possible delays in delivery as well as wait times.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 15 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase
– You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Wearatec Inc. (“Wearatec “) warrants this Wearatec -branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). During this warranty period, if a defect arises, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will, at our option, either (i) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the product. Any replacement may be, at the option of Wearatec™, a new or remanufactured product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Wearatec’s property. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Wearatec and becomes Wearatec’s property.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– Misuse or abusive use of the Wearatec product, including physical abuse;
– Incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the User Manual or manufacturer’s instructions provided with the Wearatec product);
– Improper installation;
– Incorrect or improper maintenance or failure to maintain the Wearatec product;
– Failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product;
– Incorrect voltage or non-authorized electrical connections;
– Adverse external conditions such as power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of terrorism, damage caused by vermin, or any other act or circumstance beyond Wearatec control;
– Exposure to excessive heat, moisture or dampness;
– Exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions;
– Use of non-authorized/non-standard, defective or incompatible parts;
– Password setting/ resetting and computer virus;
– Repair, modification or other work carried out on the Wearatec product other than by Wearatec™ Support Team;
This Warranty does not cover the loss of any data howsoever caused. You shall be responsible for backing up and protecting data against loss, damage or destruction. Please note that the repair of goods may result in loss of data.

This Warranty does not cover service costs in replacing and maintaining consumable parts which have ceased working through normal wear and tear.

This Warranty doesn’t cover any accessory that may be part of the product (chargers, headphones, etc.).


To obtain warranty service for any Product that is subject to the foregoing warranty, Consumer must notify Wearatec support@wearatec.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) and return the defective Product together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Wearatec in connection with the RMA.
